The act of writing can help ones thought come into the physical form. That’s the first step of intention. I began writing in a journal when I first started getting into mediation. Writing down what I experienced has helped me see my progress with my third eye. Also writing down what you want to manifest during the new moon or writing what you would like to release during the full moon has helped those thoughts come to fusion.
My good friend has told me about the time she wrote down a list of everything she sought for in a lover. Her now boyfriend has all those qualities she was looking for.
Words are so powerful and when you trust in your own words, the more powerful you become.
This was a great article on why journaling is important!
Write on you dreamers!
The year 2015 was a tremendous transformative year for me. I learned about affirmations and went on a journey on finding myself. A journey of loving myself. Everyday I looked in the mirror, no matter how silly it felt and said “I have sparkling eyes, a warm smile, and I am valuable!”
I was suffering from acne because of the dislike I had with myself. With daily affirmations like this one from http://www.louisehay.com and meditations, I completely changed my life. Now here I am writing this, a blog I thought would never happen because I thought to myself, “No one wants to hear what I have to say, i’m not valuable.” Sharing the truth is something that can no longer be suppressed. That was the big message I was getting throughout my meditations, I need to put myself out there for the sake of others.
Be confident, take the risks, because like many successful people say, they failed plenty of times BUT how would they get to where they are if they didn’t even try.
NOW is the time to take those risks, be confident because the world needs that vibration right NOW!
With the full moon on December 25th I have learned when to manifest and release in order to create the world I want. This chart is a great visual aid for one who is looking for some guidance on intentions and using the moons energy (feminine energy, creativity) to help us on our soul path.
I wear crystals everyday! When they are in your auric field that’s when they work best. People ask where should I place them?
You can place them in:
- Bra (my personal favorite since it’s close to your heart)
- Medicine bag (pouch necklace)
- Under you pillow
- Four corners of your bed
- The Entrance of any door (my room, bathroom, etc)
- Even in water that you can drink (SOME CRYSTALS ARE TOXIC IN WATER AND SOME DISSOLVE) Do your research first! No Selenite in Water!
- You can make a pitcher of water and place them around it.
- In your car
- At work on your desk
- Anywhere you think they would like to go!
Don’t forget to cleanse them by running under water (some dissolve in water like selenite!!), running sage or palo santo smoke over them, in a bowl of salt, by your window during a Full or New moon (recharging also), and recharge them in Sunlight!
Crystals are here to help our awakening!!
I also make personal crystal bracelets and have an easy site that Im about to revamp. Stay tuned!
This Beauty right here is one of my favorite crystals and to me it’s the most powerful. Don’t we all need a little more self love?
The more love we give to ourselves FIRST we can then carry that love out to others around us. A very important reminder to all of us is that when we start to look outside of ourselves for love the problems begin.
Everything that we come in contact with is a reflection of ourselves. A wonderful book called “Positive Magic” by Marion Weinstein talks about the power of words, realizing the true meaning of karma, and the power we have to create our own worlds describes it perfectly. She talks about how a woman was crossing the street and a man yelled at her angrily as she got to the end of the street. The woman asked what did she do to deserve that, the feeling of anger lingered. The question to really ask is what is in my life that is making me angry? She had been upset at her boyfriend the night before and carried it out throughout the day to make her realize she needed to release that anger.
So when we begin to realize that we need to give ourselves more love and space to realize our feelings, the transformation begins.
Rose Quartz benefits:
- Self Love
- Like a blanket of love surrounding you
- Heals skin problems
- “Rose quartz is often called the “Love Stone.” It’s energetic hallmark is that of unconditional love that opens the heart chakra. This makes rose quartz a stone for every type of love: self-love, family, platonic, romantic, and unconditional. As a variety of quartz, rose quartz has high energy, and this strong energy can enhance love in virtually any situation.”http://meanings.crystalsandjewelry.com/rose-quartz
I’ve practiced and heard that rubbing rose quartz over your face helps fine lines and can help acne.
Most important thing is that you have the intention to heal love and practice it everyday.
May love be always with you!
Recently I got into taking epsom salt baths due to my sciatic pain. Being a healer, the magnesium and other benefits from the salt detox me of any unwanted energy latched on to me. As I let the water run I put my intentions of letting go of anything that is not serving me. I light a candle, incense, drop of few essential oils in the water and put on a mediation to help me heal.
One thing that is very important is that you thank the water and tell it to give love to everything it comes by. Like Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water experiment (http://highexistence.com/water-experiment/) where water is influenced and takes on any energy it comes across. We need to heal our relationship to water and connect more rather than let it dry up like we see in the world today.
Recently I came across this amazing website and it had the idea of creating bath teas that can help along with the healing bath waters you can create.
Heal on you lovers!
